So... overall, I had a fairly good holiday yesterday. As usual, I stayed in my apartment and didn't actually go anywhere. (I haven't actually left my apartment since I got home from work a little after 1pm on Wednesday. And I have no plans to leave tomorrow or Sunday either.)

So... I'm going to have a four-and-a-half day weekend for the holiday, Wednesday afternoon through Sunday. And, while part of it will be spent baking/cooking (because I'm totally not letting the fact that I'm spending the holiday home alone keep me from having good food for it), that's probably not going to be more than 2-3 hours maximum ( Read more... )

So... my upstairs neighbors at my current apartment are an older couple who are probably old enough to be my grandparents.
